New Scholar Enrollment Process

_{Step 1:}

_{Create an account and apply at MySchoolDC.}

_{Step 2:}

_{Match with Cesar Chavez PCS during the lottery opening period or be accepted during the post lottery period.}

_{Step 3:}

_{Complete and submit Chavez's Infosnap form (families will receive an email containing your student's snapcode).}

_{Step 4:}
_{Submit your DC Residency Form and supporting documents. DC Residency can be completed online via DocuSign and documents for proof of residency can be emailed to [email protected].}

_{Step 5:}

_{Submit DC proof of residency and other supporting documentation by the prescribed deadline.}

_{All New Students:}

_{Academic Records from Current School}
_{Universal Health Certificate (English)}
_{Universal Health Certificate (Spanish)}
_{Oral Health Assessment Form}

_{If Applicable:}

_{Complete enrollment by attending in-person classes after summer break.}
