When will I know if I have been matched with Cesar Chavez?

_{Lottery results were released March 39, 2024 for the 24-25 school year. You received an email, mailed letter or can log into your family account and click on the “View the lottery results” button. A Chavez staff member also called and emailed with information about completing the registration process.}

_{The enrollment deadline for matched families is May 1, 2024. After that, your spot is no longer guaranteed.}

_{Missed the lottery deadlines for school year 2024-25?}

_{If you missed the application deadline for the current school year, please complete the My School DC post-lottery application. Post-lottery applicants are added to the bottom of the waitlist below lottery applicants. An exception to this is if the applicant is the sibling of a current student, s/he will receive a preference and move up the waitlist.}

_{Wait List}

_{Any child applying after the lottery deadline is added to the Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools wait list. You will be contacted by phone and by email when a space for your child becomes available. You may also call and check your child’s status. We check the wait list and send out acceptances daily}.
