Create an account and apply at MySchoolDC.	✔
Match with Cesar Chavez PCS during the lottery opening period or be accepted during the post lottery period.	✔
Complete and submit Chavez's Infosnap form (families will receive an email containing your student's snapcode). Infosnap (English) Infosnap (Spanish)	✔	✔
Submit your DC Residency Form and supporting documents. DC Residency can be completed online via DocuSign and documents for proof of residency can be emailed to enrollment@chavezschools.org.	✔	✔
