The Chavez Schools' Home Office serves three primary functions:

  1. Ensures each school implements the key components of the Chavez Schools model.
  2. Ensures academic performance of each school meets or exceeds expectations by setting measurable achievement goals with respect to academics and operations and providing support and professional development to help schools attain goals.
  3. Provides operational support to schools in the areas of finance and accounting, IT, HR, data management, marketing and recruiting, contracted services, and compliance.
